This is a molded shape made from expanded polystyrene, coated with rigid polyurethane resin. Instead of shaping decorative and sculptural products (such as moldings) using molds, it is formed through machining, allowing for unlimited shapes and sizes. Therefore, even if it takes on an original shape, there are no costs associated with molds.

Molded using expanded polystyrene as the base material! Decorative sculptures can be produced at a low cost!

"EPS" is a molded product made from expanded polystyrene. The surface is coated with waterproof urethane, and there are soft types with a stretch ratio that follows the hardness of sponge, as well as ultra-hard types that rival the hardness of FRP. (In some shapes, ultra-high hardness may not be possible.) Due to the nature of the waterproof urethane, the finish of the coating material has a texture similar to that of a citrus peel.
